This was an off market project my friend Gina found for me. The house was tenanted but they have been evicted and the interstate owner wanted a quick and hassle free sale. We bought the house with all the tenants left over personal items. The house was also broken into and there were lot of damage to windows and doors. There was also previous termite damage that wasn’t repaired. After another massive clean up effort we renovated the whole house. A brand new kitchen, bathroom and robes made the house much more liveable. The house has beautiful period features which really added to the charm of the house. The old wooden floor were professionally sanded and polished and turned out to be stunning. All the neighbours were thrilled that the once derelict. house was getting a huge facelift! We sold the house in the first weekend of open inspection.
