This property was located in Flagstaff Hill in Adelaide and was on the market to be sold. It was presented very poorly and advertised during Covid times so not many people were interested in it. Me and my JV partner bought it for a discounted price for a cosmetic renovation. Major work included the removal of a structural wall between the kitchen and the dining area to create more open plan living and also building a covered deck in the backyard.
